monday-friday i eat steel cut oats. If i do cold cereal, i try to eat anything that says organic, “full circle” makes a yummy flax cereal. If i cant afford organic i go to the next best thing which i think is Cheerios or Life. However, i grew up eating every sugary cereal they had on the store shelf.

I’ll eat the kiddy cereals on occassion but it’s pretty rare. I don’t drink milk in any form so cereal is pretty useless to me. I eat flaxseed meal hot cereal with slices of strawberries and peaches every other day. I was a fat kid though and I’d say cereal helped me get there. I spent a summer in my bedroom eating nothing but like capn crunch, banana nut cruch, kix, ect all day and night…and I gained fifty pounds that Summer. I’m not even kidding.

I rarely eat cereal. when I do, it is shredded wheat, a fave of mine, especially with some bananas.

I don’t eat cereal but feel like posting.
yum: frosted shredded wheat, fruit loops, honey bunches of oats, chocolate rice krispies, anything bran (banana nut, etc.)

    yuck: trix, plain rice crispies

yuck but I taught myself to like: plain cheerios, honey nut cheerios, kix

they all get really really disgusting unless you eat quick before it gets soggy. once soggy any cereal is barfly gross.

The more I look into the benefits of Hemp seed/oil, the more amazed I get… I believe it to be the best of the best. Please look it up from an unbiased source & you will see what I mean. Unfortunately, its association with ‘Marijuana’ is the main reason it is not promoted as being one of Mankinds most beneficial foods…. which it truly is!

I stopped eating cereals a little under a year ago after finding out that I have glutten and dairy intolerances, so no oatmeal or cereal. I am on a meal plan that is high in fresh fruits and veggies, and along with that lean meats, mostly cage free chicken, fish, all are hormone, antibiotic and preservative free as well. I’ll have steak once every couple of months or so, which is also free range. I’m in the best shape of my life, make sure I get all my vitamins and minerals, and my omegas….
