I am about to get a few blood tests in order to find out, among other things, my vitamins and minerals levels.
I sometime get those reports back to me but I have little ways of asserting the values of my blood content.
What are the ideal vitamins and minerals levels for a healthy lifestyle?
What about levels of other important nutrients?
Where can I get a list of these ideal values?
Where could I compare online the values that I will be getting from my blood samples?
Thanks!

5:02: I think she meant to use the word “exacerbate” instead of “exasperate.” Still, great vid, good info! Thanks for posting these, and please keep them coming.

Great video, very helpful. I often feel perpetually stressed most days, without always being aware of a particular circumstance or reason for feeling that way, so something else could be triggering it.

I would say most doctors have good intentions toward you. However, the AMA which is funded and controlled by the drug companies, and the drug companies themselves just want to make money off of you. So the doctors end up getting indoctrinated with a lot of information that is designed to keep the money flowing from you to the medical system.
