    I have to do yoga every day…It helps my depression anxiety and keeps me centered and helps my self esteem and self confidense…if it wern’t for yoga I would probably be overweight and on pharmaceutical drugs and be experiencing far worse mental health issues than I do now…I like Rodney Yee, Shiva Rea, Baron Baptiste, Carol Carlson, Sean Corn, ad Duncan Wong. I would like to see people do public individual yoga…

    Once I bought a “basic” yoga video. When I watched it I said to myself “You want me to to WHAT?!” I just couldn’t do it. Best to start out young, not at middle age!
